COSTA is widely represented across the full range of Statutory, Voluntary, Community and Private organisations locally, regionally and nationally.

COSTA’s membership base is steadily growing and represents the community in which it is based. The Network will highlight the strategic needs of the area and in the process create long term development relationships and lever-in funding for the communities of South Tyrone and areas.

COSTA is a cross-community, non-political organisation which operates with an open-door policy.

COSTA welcomes cross-community and single identity groups as members and strives to fairly reflect the community represented.

COSTA works very closely with the other 12 Rural Support Networks in Northern Ireland to support and promote the active participation of rurally based community groups throughout the Province.
